Return Policy

Custom Shop - Individually Performance Tuned

If you are not satisfied for any reason with an item or items purchased online from ZebcoBrands, they may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange providing the products are in new, unused condition, in the original packaging. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was shipped to you in error. Contact our Customer Support department for instructions to return a package shipped to you in error.

Return Instructions

Place item(s) being returned in an appropriate shipping container and include your original packing slip/invoice.

For your protection, we recommend returns be sent via trackable method such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority.


If you would like to exchange for a different item, please return the original item as noted above.  You will be refunded the original purchase price once we receive the item.

You will need to place a separate order for the new item you wish to purchase.  You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order; you may place it at any time.
